Relax with yoga, unwind with meditation, refresh and rejuvenate with delicious, energising, healthy food.

Enjoy a couple of days of relaxation, rejuvenation and inspiration for a healthier lifestyle. Unwind with yoga, de-stress with meditation and enjoy healthy eating with wholesome, energising food. There are specialised yoga classes in both the mornings and evenings of your stay along with evening meditation.  These are optional for you to attend as you  may prefer to enjoy our wonderful spa facilities, including a swimming pool, sauna, massage & treatments to help relax and totally unwind during your stay.  Don’t forget to bring your swimming costume and flip flops!

This retreat helps you relax, refresh and rejuvenate from the stress of daily life. 


 Included in your stay is:

  • 2 nights luxury accommodation (with ensuite)
  • 3 x yoga sessions including meditation ( 1 ½ hrs each)
  • 2 x mid-morning yoga or meditation sessions (30 mins each)
  • 1 x evening meditation session (45 mins)
  • Toiletries & bath robe for use during your stay
  • All meals plus afternoon tea
  • Free use of the swimming pool, sauna & spa area.
  • Transfers to & from Barnetby or Market Rasen train station
  • Farewell gift bag

Programme

Our Fitness programme is versatile. Rather than slaving in the gym at North Gulham Retreat you will do low impact, but highly effective exercises to tone your body and curb stress. We are the boot camp with a difference. Walking around 

 the beautiful grounds and swimming in the pool will further stimulate the slimming process, helping you to lose weight fast. The focus of our daily fitness and exercise classes and beauty treatments is aimed at facilitating weight loss, toning and rejuvenating your body, as well as reducing stress to make you look younger. Losing weight in a group of like-minded people at our fitness retreat is morally reassuring and is always fun.


Typical Daily Programme

•        7.00am - Wake Up
•        7.20am - Detox tonic
•        7.30am - Morning walk
•        9.00am - Breakfast
•        10.30am - Fitness class
•        11:30am - Yoga
•        12.30pm - Lunch
•        1.00pm - Spa treatments (if applicable or booked)
2.30- Fitness class 
•        4.00pm - Afternoon tea
•        6.30pm - Dinner
•        7.30pm - Nutrition class, dancing class or relaxation session
•        9.00pm - Rest time

At North Gulham we have specially designated ‘quiet areas’ for complete relaxation. You will be asked to wear comfortable shoes or slippers and casual clothes at all times.
